5moWhile the effort is appreciated, the numerous references to "government needs to do this and that" or in other words: government reliance and expectations are unrealistic in our current, volatile political climate. It is also noteworthy that major issues such as forestry health practices along with antiquated logging rights are completely overlooked in this policy paper. Instead of this 62 pages of "politically correct" word salad, could we just objectively define the realistic steps necessary for the Real Future of Mass Timber in Canada?
