Every December something bad happens to me. I lost my mom at the end of December. I've lost jobs in December. I've had contracts ended December. Fact, we just lost a client in the beginning of the month and that's OK. But you know what's different from me about this December? I put my energy and focus and to just keep going, keep going, keep going, keep going. There is things happening to me in my life that are very positive. My business is expanding, my marketing's. Getting better In my personal life, there's some things getting better. And you know what? I'm using all that as fuel. When I wake up in the morning, I'm just gonna seize the day. Carpe diem, right? Carpe diem. So I'm telling you right now that the only way things are going to start changing for you in those moments of negativity is when you start having a lot of action around you. If you have a business on the side, I know I'm talking to some sales people here. You have a business on the side. I need you to go harder. I need you to sit down and have a plan you see this right here said notebook OK and what I do I make plans OK, I worked on creating a follow up plan contacting more potential prospects of phone script for the sales people coming to work for me setting up our serum. I have a game plan. I am trying to avoid sitting down and wow wow wow I'm depressed I'm trying to avoid all that OK you have to do the same thing go for it do not give up just. Go for it. Go to work everyday with a plan. I have to sell three cars today. How am I gonna get there? You're gonna have to sell three cars today. How many people do I need to talk to? If you don't have a lot of appointments, get good with your BDC. Walk up to your BDC and ask them, Hey, what are you guys working on? Is there something that I can help you with? Do you have a customer that's close to coming in that you're having a hard time getting in? What can I do to help you get that person in so you get paid, I get paid and we can have a satisfied customer. What can I do? OK, stop sitting around and waiting for your BDC to sit there and make it happen for you, OK? The lost art of prospect, the lost art of selling is that we just get hired as bodies to fill a showroom and we don't get trained to understand that we're in business for ourselves. Come on, guys, 2025 is coming around. Get it together.
