Stepping back from adventure, purpose, and contribution? It doesn’t if you believe the stories of GrandPeople. Today, the Stanford Center on Longevity and The Longevity Project are launching our new GrandPeople video series on TikTok and Instagram. We currently have three videos up, and we hope you can spare six minutes to watch all of them. The newest one is a story about a “Retirement House”: a TikTok page claiming that if you are funny and creative when you are 40, you’re still going to be that way when you’re 80. We hope you will be entertained and moved by these stories of older people finding new, innovative, and occasionally weird ways of making the second half of life as meaningful, productive, and fun as the first!
