"LUMINESCENT 1" The first painting in the "LUMINESCENT SERIES". The works have two personalities: the one in ordinary light and the second in the dark & after activation by a targeted light source. A clip of this intriguing little painting showing its natural light state and luminescent state.

A painting of George Washington Carver. When asked why he never married, Carver responded 'How can I explain to a wife that I must be up at 4am to talk to flowers?' I love this painting because it makes me think of that quote - that's what I imagine he's doing here - talking to his flowers.
