I have collected cook books for years and currently am finding older ones with very traditional recipes and including household management really interesting. I like that the recipes are based on a more old-fashioned way of eating – meat with seasonal vegetables, preserved and fermented foods, and fats that are healthier that is food that comes from farms via markets rather than via factories.
