EGO. Ego is a “bad word” in so many people’s eyes. “He’s egotistical” “You should humble yourself.” You absolutely should be humble. That doesn’t mean not having an ego. What I found multiple times was 2 dealers, 10 miles apart can have very different results. This is nothing new, it's been happening forever.
