My morning breakfast most days is a smoothie bowl. I find it more enjoyable to use a spoon rather than make it for a drink. It reminds me of fruit flavored ice cream. Here is a recipe that you may like to try. My morning ritual includes two types of berries, walnuts, plain cauliflower rice, protein powder, fiber powder and water. If you have a nutra bullet, ninja or other blender, it works great for these recipes. You are starting your day with over 20+ grams of protein and some added fiber. Great foundation for your day.

Pesto: It's so delicious-and so easy to make. So why stop at the traditional combo of fresh basil, pine nuts, and Parmesan when just about any veggie, cheese, and nut can combine into an awesome sauce? Simply combine your choice of greens, cheese, nuts or seeds. flavor booster, and tsp salt in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. With the motor running, add oil slowly until a smoothe paste forms. For a more classic taste, choose straight down the left; the farther right you go, the more adventurous the end result.
