Relationships. It's the currency that makes this industry, and life, go round. And face time is needed to really make things happen. That's why I just spent 3 days in New York City spending as much time with as many people as possible. I met many people in person for the first time. I saw people I haven't seen in 11 years. I had coffees, runs, lunches, dinners, drinks, business meetings and a couple basketball games, all over the city. I shook hands, hugged, laughed. Business is moving forward faster than I could have done from Texas. Friendships are being made. Relationships are being forged. Shout-out to all the people that took the time to meet with me and build our business and personal relationships. Paul Dobrynin Francis Thumpasery Dean Itani Preston Lyons Ann L.
