As with a lot of professions today, AI is said to be impacting a lot of professionals and creating new business value in profound ways. However if you need a reality check on where we really are on this journey and what the future may hold, watch this recent (March 28th, 2024) lecture by Yann LeCun. We are definitely over-estimating it's capabilities today and under-estimating what it can be tomorrow. I'm also fascinated by the promise of the technology and are diving into a new venture built with GenAI. It simply can't be ignored.
