99.9999% of tech startup pitches I see don't address: -How the product transforms customers' lives by solving a burning pain point -Why now is the perfect market timing, with clear tailwinds and rising demand -The team's unique unfair advantages, from domain expertise to proprietary tech Instead, they focus on: -Hyping up features without connecting them to tangible customer benefits -Claiming to be the next [insert trendy company] without substantiating why -Touting vanity metrics that don't tie to sustainable growth levers Way too much hype. Not enough substance. To stand out, ditch the fluff and focus on what truly matters - how you're positioned to win.

It's been a couple of weeks since I've been active on LinkedIn. You know I'm busy when I'm not talking 😁 Exciting news to share - over the past several weeks, we've launched two new products and had the opportunity to meet with a few investors. I’ve been introduced to some amazing founders and have had deep conversations about the evolution of technology and its impact on humanity as a whole. We’re working an exciting whitepaper for startups and SMBs around working with a technology partner and hiring CTOs. Keep a lookout for updates, and DM me to receive a copy fresh off of the printing press (but digitally of course). Have a great weekend, and remember to get outside while the weather is still nice. #ProductLaunch #InvestorMeetings #BusinessUpdates

Reminder💡: Operators please consider this KEY thing BEFORE you start your technology company 👇🏾 There's a temptation to build a product first. Avoid this. Yes. Not even a Minimum Viable Product 🚫🛠️. As you launch your tech startup, your priority should be to quickly and cost-effectively validate the following: - ✅That there is initial market need for what you're building 📈 ✅That there is incentive for people to use it in a small form ✅That there is a path to monetisation Especially a product developer or designer, it can be tempting to start building what you think your customer wants 🧑🎨💭. While that approach could work, it is often more expensive 💰 and less efficient Another option is to engage potential design partners 🤝 This will help with the following; 1. Build something people want because you're collaborating with them 👥✨ 2. Target an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and a scalable use case 📊🔧. 3. Obtain a potential customer testimonial after the pilot 🗣️✅ From a fundraising standpoint, its a stronger pitch to say "We already have pilot and design partners, and are raising funding to deliver on that" vs "We are raising funding to build initial versions of the product" #operators #firsttimefounders #gtm #mvp #buidling
