You've been pushing your team too hard, specifying features down to the smallest detail, setting deadlines, and chasing people to meet them. You’ve helped unblock issues, coded alongside them, and improved processes. Despite all this effort, you’re still stuck.  Your solution?  More hard work. But what if you let go of this command-and-control approach? What if you allow your team to find the best ways to achieve goals on their own? The Foundation:  Building Quality In You can’t have a successful product without quality. Forget the notion that technical debt is like a loan you can repay later.  Architecture and design matter.  Tests aren’t just a maintenance burden; they’re essential.
