𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐈 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 I organize with the GTD (Getting Things Done) method by David Allen for years now. It's been so helpful to keep an overview of my tasks and, well, get them done. I don't want to explain the whole system today but share a little part that is easy to implement, literally right now, and could make you more productive: ✨ The 2-Minute Rule ✨ 1. Write down all your tasks, breaking bigger ones into smaller to-dos, so the work becomes manageable. 2. Except if a task takes less than 2 minutes, then do it immediately The idea behind it: writing down really everything gives an overview of, well, everything you need to do. But with a 2 min. task, it takes as much time to write it down as to complete it. This prevents procrastination and keeps you focused. It's honestly crazy how much you can get done without really be aware of it (which is a big plus for me, because this makes me feel less stressed). #Productivity #GTD #GettingThingsDone #TimeManagement #OrganizedLife #Efficiency #2MinuteRule #WorkSmart
