🌟 #MotivationMonday: A Thanksgiving Reflection on Gratitude 🌟 🦃As we celebrate Thanksgiving today, it’s a beautiful time to reflect on gratitude and what it means in our lives. Robert Emmons, a leading researcher in gratitude, reminds us that gratitude has two key parts. First, it's an acknowledgment that there are good things in the world. Second, it's recognizing that much of this goodness comes from outside of ourselves—from the people, places, and experiences that enrich our lives. Gratitude invites us to appreciate these things and connect with others, which, in turn, enhances our well-being. So today, let's focus on expanding our gratitude practice by looking at different areas of life where we can give thanks: ✔ People: family, friends, neighbors, colleagues, or even the friendly cashier at your local store. ✔ Things: a warm home, favorite foods, a cherished pet, or something simple like flowers. ✔ Places: that cozy coffee shop, nature trails, the beach, or any place that brings you peace. ✔ Experiences: laughter with friends, family reunions, or even a simple walk in nature. Taking a moment today to reflect on these areas can help us feel more connected and grounded. Personally, I know that I have many things to be grateful for; but, most of all, I’m grateful for my loving family. What’s one thing, person, place, or experience you're grateful for today? 🦃 #motivationmonday #motivationmondays #MondayMotivation #NewWeekNewOpportunities #RiseAndShine #PersonalGrowth #GratitudeMatters #Thanksgiving #PersonalGrowth

🍂 Embracing Gratitude This Thanksgiving Season 🍂 As Thanksgiving draws near here in the US, I’ve been reflecting on the incredible blessings in my life—and YOU, my community, are one of them. Whether we've worked together, connected through conversations, or supported each other from afar, I am deeply grateful for your trust, engagement, and presence. Your connection fuels my purpose, and for that, I am endlessly thankful. In the spirit of gratitude, I want to share 3 powerful ways to embrace gratitude this Thanksgiving: ✨ Pause to Reflect Take a moment to acknowledge the wins—big and small—you’ve achieved this year. Gratitude begins with recognizing the journey and honoring the progress you’ve made. ✨ Celebrate Your Connections Gratitude is amplified when shared. Reach out to someone who has inspired or supported you and let them know the impact they’ve had on your life. A simple “thank you” can create powerful ripples. ✨ Invest in Yourself Gratitude is also about giving back to YOU. Take time to rest, reflect, and align with what matters most to you. Self-care is an act of gratitude for the life you’re creating. This season is the perfect time to acknowledge all that you’ve accomplished and align with what’s next. I’d love to hear—what are you most grateful for this year? Drop a comment or send me a message. Let’s celebrate gratitude together. Wishing you and your loved ones a season filled with abundance, joy, and connection. With heartfelt thanks, Julie #Gratitude #ThanksgivingSeason #IntentionalLiving #YouDecide #CommunityConnection #youdecide #claimwhatsyours #liveboldlivebeautiful #manifestyourdreams

Let's Embody Gratitude Together This Thanksgiving Season🍂 Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday. Yes, I love the food, but it’s the spirit of the day that makes it so meaningful—a day focused entirely on appreciating the people who bring joy to my life. Each year, Mark and I host Thanksgiving, inviting all our family to celebrate. Last year, my ex-husband and his family joined us as we all wanted to share the day with our new grandson. It's a perfect example of how, when we can set aside the past, embrace the present, and find the good in each connection, we discover true gratitude and a sense of joy that lifts us all. Gratitude is often the missing link on our path to greater happiness. It shifts our focus from what’s lacking to what’s abundant in our lives. Research shows that by actively practicing gratitude, we can increase our happiness by over 20%! But gratitude is more than just writing a list of what we’re thankful for—it’s about embodying those feelings and allowing them to transform how we see and experience each day. Imagine waking up with a heart full of appreciation, embracing loved ones with renewed warmth, and finding joy in life’s simplest moments. With this spirit in mind, I’m inviting you to our annual 10-Day Gratitude Challenge, starting November 19th and leading up to Thanksgiving Day. https://lnkd.in/eaNGPDCY This challenge is designed to help us all go beyond words, exploring how we can embody gratitude in each moment. Every day, you’ll receive thoughtful prompts, guided reflections, and exercises to encourage a deeper connection to what matters most. This journey is about making gratitude a practice that shapes our lives, bringing us closer to genuine, lasting joy. Let’s make this season one of heartfelt appreciation that stays with us long after the holiday passes. I’d love for you to join us and our community as we share in this powerful experience together. #gratitudechallenge #gratefulthankfulblessed #grateful #Happiness #gratitudeiseverything #gratitudeleadstohappiness

🦃 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘀 🍂 When I think about Thanksgiving, I picture a table filled with laughter, mismatched dishes, and the people I’m grateful to share my life with. But I also feel a tension. The version of Thanksgiving we’ve been told? It’s not the full story. History is often rewritten by those in power, and unless you’re Indigenous, none of us can truly call ourselves native to this land. But what I do love about Thanksgiving is what it can represent: a moment to pause. A chance to look around and appreciate what’s here—the people who matter, the little things we often overlook, and yes, maybe even the pie. Unlike other holidays, Thanksgiving isn’t tangled up in commercialism or big traditions. It’s simple. And it reminds me that gratitude isn’t just for one day. What if we made it part of our everyday? What if we chose to see the good, even in the mess? This year, I’m focusing on that. Gratitude for the people in my life, the lessons I’ve learned, and the space to reflect on what matters most. --- So here’s my question for you: 👉 What’s one moment or person you’re especially grateful for this year? Let’s make gratitude something we share—today and every day. #Thanksgiving #Gratitude

Gratitude Beyond the Table Thanksgiving is more than a holiday; it’s a reminder to pause, reflect, and express gratitude. While the traditional feast with family and friends is cherished, the essence of Thanksgiving extends beyond the dinner table. In our fast-paced lives, we often overlook the small things that deserve our appreciation—colleagues who uplift us, clients who trust us, mentors who guide us, and even the challenges that shape us. This season, let's take a moment to thank not just those around us but also ourselves for the resilience, dedication, and perseverance we've shown throughout the year. As professionals, gratitude fuels stronger connections and fosters a culture of positivity in our workplaces. So, let’s celebrate Thanksgiving by expressing appreciation openly and sincerely—whether it’s a handwritten note, a heartfelt conversation, or a simple "thank you." This Thanksgiving, let’s commit to practicing gratitude every day, not just on the fourth Thursday of November. It’s the small, consistent gestures that create a big impact in our lives and the lives of others. Wishing everyone a meaningful Thanksgiving filled with joy, warmth, and gratitude! #Thanksgiving #Gratitude #ThankfulHeart #Thanksgiving2024 #WorkplaceCulture #PositiveVibes #ProfessionalGrowth #CelebrateThankfulness

Manifest Monday: Embracing Connection, Gratitude, and Purpose this Thanksgiving 🍂💫 As we approach Thanksgiving, I’m reminded that while the first Thanksgiving may not align with the story we learned, its essence—setting aside a day for gratitude and connection—is something to cherish. Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday, not just for the cozy comfort food 🥧 and familiar traditions, but for the feeling of ease and togetherness it brings. There's a kind of magic in gathering with loved ones, sharing our blessings, and honoring traditions that help us feel part of something bigger than ourselves 🌍❤️. Manifesting a life we love requires us to think beyond our individual wants; it invites us to connect with our community, the world, and the universe. To truly manifest, we need to anchor ourselves in a purpose—a "why" that fuels us and makes our dreams resonate on a larger scale. This purpose, this intention, becomes our guiding light, shaping the vision for the life we want not only for ourselves but for our children, grandchildren, and generations to come 👨👩👧👦✨. So, as we prepare for Thanksgiving, let’s get clear on what we’re grateful for 🙏. Let’s be intentional about the life we want to create, not just within our homes, but in the world we’re shaping together. Imagine the world you want to leave behind, filled with love, connection, and compassion. Then, let that vision inspire you every day. This season, let’s set our intentions and manifest with gratitude, connection, and purpose in our hearts. 🌟💖 ✨ Join My 10-Day Gratitude Challenge ✨ This year, I’m offering a more introspective, powerful, and focused challenge—just 10 meaningful days of reflection, leading up to Thanksgiving. Let’s dive deep together and cultivate gratitude for all that surrounds us. 💫 Sign up now and let’s make this season truly transformative! #ManifestMonday #ThanksgivingGratitude #GratitudeChallenge #ThankfulHeart #ManifestingPurpose #ConnectionMatters #LifeWeLove #HolidaySeason

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Thanksgiving brings a special energy—gratitude fills the air, reminding us of the warmth, connection, and appreciation we often overlook. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to carry that feeling with us all year? The truth is, we can! Gratitude doesn’t need to be limited to a single season; it’s a practice we can nurture daily. I recently came across an article on 10 ways to be a more thankful person. I loved how it framed gratitude as something we can cultivate, much like a healthy habit. Just as we care for our bodies with good nutrition and exercise, being grateful nurtures our well-being. The article suggests reflecting on three good things each day or taking a moment on social media to share appreciation for someone else. These little gestures can significantly impact us, those we lead, and the communities we serve. Reflecting on my journey, I’m thankful for all the good, the challenges, and everything in between. Every experience has deepened my appreciation for the people I influence and the impact we can have on each other. As we gather today, let’s honor not only our big successes but also the small, meaningful wins that bring us joy and connection. This Thanksgiving, let’s commit to carrying gratitude forward—to ourselves, those around us, and our communities. Wishing you all a Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and heartfelt connection! Our Families and Friends: For their love, unwavering support, and the joy they bring into our lives. Life Itself: For the lessons, even in struggles, and the beauty of everyday moments we sometimes overlook. Gratitude shifts our perspective. It helps us find strength in challenges, joy in small victories, and connection in relationships. On this Thanksgiving, let’s reflect not only on the big milestones but also on the quiet, everyday blessings that often go unnoticed.
