Hi everyone 👋, I've had a few new followers lately, so I thought I’d take a minute to reintroduce myself. I’m Kit, Founder and CTO of Enate - the platform we've built for running world-class services. We combine process orchestration and AI to help businesses get their operational ducks in a row, extract real value from automation and AI, and generally work smarter. As an engineer by trade, I’ve been hooked on technology since I was a kid. My love for tech lies in solving real-world business problems with a healthy dose of common sense. If you stick around, expect hot takes on AI, orchestration, and anything to do with tech. Outside of work, I’m all about family and friends, live music, BBQ experiments at my roundhouse, and hanging out with my labradoodle. Every summer, I volunteer at Glastonbury. It’s become a bit of a tradition. For me, success isn’t about some shiny end goal or number. it’s about making the people around me happy. So, if the Enate team and my family are content, I'm content. If not, something needs to change. If you’re curious to know more, check out our YouTube channel. Fair warning, the thumbnails of me are questionable 😂! You’ll find me sharing more about why I started Enate and how we’re helping businesses get ahead ⬇️ https://lnkd.in/dcGjsDhX Hope to connect with more of the community as time goes on. #TechCommunity #StartUpLife #FounderStory

How good is your tech solution vs the traditional solution? That's something to consider if you're building a disruptive startup in a sector which needs some disruption 💣 I'm currently in the process of helping a new platform to understand this by running surveys... A- among their user base - those who've experienced their platform B- among a sample of people who've experienced the traditional approach I guess it's kind of like a "customer A/B test" and by comparing the results of common questions, they can demonstrate the impact they're making in the space. Hosting this tomorrow at 12:30 UK time, on the fairly alarming trend of how "AI agents" are getting to the stage where they're replacing whole job functions. I'll be speaking to Paul David of Literal Humans, who's recently hired a "digital worker" developed by 11x.ai to do sales work, Ash Barbour of Yes.inc which helps a broad range of companies make the most of AI, and Evelina Anttila from Wellstreet about how she's advising the early state startups she works with. Sifted Pro subscribers can register here: https://hubs.ly/Q02pBgjR0 (Also, if you didn't already know this, startup founders can get access to Sifted Pro as part of our Sifted for Startups plan, link in comments)

The Ukrainian IT community has always impressed me. Everywhere you look, there are incredible ideas and talented people working to bring them to life. Still, having a great idea is just the first step. So, I joined IdeasLab through the CfE Accelerator program to mentor the next generation of Ukrainian IT unicorns. Let me introduce you to some of the amazing startups I've been working with: 1. Gen4: Their platform lets businesses see right through their competitors' sales funnels, track market trends, and even get suggestions on how to improve their products. Today, I must say that having this kind of data is priceless. 2. Compot: In short, it lets you design and order a custom vyshyvanka with a personalized pattern. Compot's team has tremendous potential to bring Ukrainians together through our rich national heritage. 3. DataLight: This startup works on simplifying the data analysis. In particular, managers can create their own personalized analytics spaces and use the tools to improve decisions. Despite the challenges, the Ukrainian IT sector is fueled by amazing talent and groundbreaking ideas. It’s an honor to be a part of such an amazing community and contribute to its growth and success! #ukrainianstartups #IdeasLab #CfEAccelerator
