Community-Owned Health Plans It's impossible to "un-know" something, which is distinctly separate from forgetting, in my view, and in having devoured "Metabolical" by Robert Lustig in 2 days, followed by "Fat Chance", an earlier publication, my convictions surrounding how to build plans to ACTUALLY address metabolic disease are even stronger! High recommendation on both books; it goes without saying! It's honestly revolting when you realize what's going on. I espouse the belief that knowledge is power, and conviction drives action, which FINALLY results in positive change! Our little clandestinely poisonous friend, sugar, is pretty well omnipresent. Eat unprocessed, non-packaged, Real Foods. Protect the liver. Feed the gut.
