#IsonExperiences is Currently Hiring Business Development Head to join our team immediately
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve
the organization growth targets and objectives.
- Identify key market segments, industries, and geographic areas for expansion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
2. Lead efforts to identify, assess, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations. Explore avenues for diversification, product/service expansion, and market entry to drive revenue growth and market share.
3. Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, industry
stakeholders, and decision-makers. Cultivate strategic alliances and partnerships to enhance the organization& market position and leverage cross-selling opportunities.
4. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the business development team.
- Set clear goals, objectives, and performance expectations. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the department.
5. Collaborate closely with internal departments including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Legal to align business development efforts with
overall business strategy & Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and leverage internal resources to maximize growth opportunities.
6. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Monitor industry dynamics regulatory changes, and technological advancements to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on opportunities.
7. Oversee the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches
for prospective clients and Ensure that proposals are tailored to address client needs, showcase the organization& capabilities, and differentiate the company from competitors.
8. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives. Monitor performance against targets and objectives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for
senior management highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities.
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master degree or MBA preferred.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a business development or related role, preferably within a similar industry or sector.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools.
- Fluent in English In a must , Plus (French or German language).
