Thrilled to share that I’ve been featured in an article discussing the transformative potential of AI in primary care! 🎉 In the piece, Pulse Today’s Beth Gault explores how Digital Triage and in this case, Rapid Health’s Smart Triaging solution is not just a tool for efficiency, but a catalyst for reimagining the patient experience, improving access for what I feel is an less talked about but important subset of patients - the patients we don’t see. Since its implementation at Sutton Coldfield Group Practice with the help of Carmelo Insalaco and his team at Rapid Health we have managed to reduce our call volumes by 60%, especially with our Monday morning rush. Demand and pressure on the system as a whole still exists but by implementing smart and successful solutions will one day allow us to see the right patient, with the right person at the right time. I’m grateful for the opportunity to contribute to such an important conversation about the future of healthcare. As we continue to innovate, it's crucial that we keep patient outcomes and values of primary care at the forefront. Would love to hear your thoughts on the impact of AI in primary care—let’s keep the conversation going! #AIinHealthcare #PrimaryCare #Innovation #FutureofMedicine
