Generic emails and DMs? You're killing your chances of landing clients! If your outreach isn’t personal, it’s pointless. I learned this the hard way in my early lead gen days. My messages were so bland that they might as well have been spam, and I couldn’t figure out why nobody was biting. Then, I switched gears. I took the time to understand my audience's pain points and crafted personalized messages. The result? One coach saw call bookings skyrocket by 60% in just one month! 🚀 Here’s why personalization matters: it shows you care. When you address specific needs, people are far more likely to engage. Not convinced? Let’s break it down: 1. Know your audience: research who they are and what they need. Don’t just guess or copy-paste. 2. Use their name: Simple but effective! People love hearing their names, whether in an email or a DM. 3. Share relevant content: send them something that aligns with their interests. This shows you’re paying attention. 4. Follow up meaningfully: reference previous conversations in your DMs or emails. It builds a connection rather than just pushing for a sale. With this personalized approach, I've helped clients generate $100k in cash collected and scale their businesses to $150k+/month. Want to know how exactly you can ditch generic outreach in both your emails and DMs? Let’s connect and improvise your lead generation that gets you leads!

I lost a client yesterday. Yes, on a Sunday. He emailed canceling the contract with immediate effect. I'm a little bummed out but honestly, I was waiting for it... here's why: His expectations were never going to meet reality (no matter what we did). We always tell our clients: we can bring you leads, but it's up to YOU to make that sale. In fact, the lead nurturing program was born out of this frustration when we realized that most people don't know how to reeeeeeaally follow up with leads when they get them. Not every lead you get is going to bite immediately, in fact only 2% do. Others may say that they 'don't have the budget' even though they filled out a lead form... but in reality, they could be lying... they need some convincing and nurturing (time) to make the right decision. They don't trust you yet, don't see you as an expert yet... you need to build that rapport. When was the last time that you bought a product on the first touchpoint? Picture this: you click on an ad for a new supplement brand that you've never heard of before and you are redirected to a website where you can make a purchase... but you don't know this brand, you don't trust it yet, and you want to see some social proof first, so you hop off the site and go about your day (this was only touchpoint 1). --> It's at this point that my client contacts you but you don't answer the phone because you prefer communicating on email. My client throws his hands up in the air, and tells me that the system doesn't work. In the meantime you would have been ready to buy 1 - 6 months later if you had continued to learn more about the product, seen some testimonials etc. Moral of the story? I am upping my game when it comes to client education because marketing is not a silver bullet and lead generation is not a magic business fix. If you'd like to find out more about our lead generation, lead nurturing or marketing services, or how to build trust with your clients, give me a shout. #marketing #socialmedia #digitalmarketing #leadgeneration #buildingtrust

Let’s face it: cold emails alone aren’t enough in today’s digital world. Clients are inundated with generic outreach daily, and if we want to make an impact, we have to evolve. The future of client acquisition isn’t about volume; it’s about relevance and connection. Here’s what’s driving results now: 1. Multi-Channel Outreach: Diversify where you connect! Reach clients on LinkedIn, engage through industry-specific platforms, and create memorable touchpoints. An email is just one part of the strategy—think LinkedIn introductions, Instagram DMs, and even thoughtful comments on their posts. 2. Personalized Messaging: The one-size-fits-all message is a thing of the past. Craft outreach that reflects your genuine interest in their business. Mention specific projects they’re working on, key values that align, or something personal about their industry that you admire. Show them that you’ve done your research and that this isn’t just another cold email. 3. Content-Driven Engagement: Create content that speaks to your ideal clients, sharing insights and value up front. Webinars, podcasts, and thoughtful posts are great ways to draw in prospects naturally and establish credibility before you even reach out. 4. Building Long-Term Relationships: Sales cycles today aren’t about quick conversions; they’re about building trust. Show up with consistency, follow up thoughtfully, and prioritize relationship-building over transactional approaches. Ready to take your client acquisition strategy to the next level? It’s time to say goodbye to the cold email and hello to a client-centered approach that works. 🚀 #ClientAcquisition #MultiChannelMarketing #PersonalizedOutreach #DigitalMarketing #LeadGeneration #RelationshipBuilding #SalesStrategy #B2BMarketing #FutureOfSales #ContentMarketing

Leads not responding? But how can you re-engage them effectively? Here’s a structured approach to break through the silence. Breaking Through Email Silence When leads are not responding to your emails, consider the following strategies: • Personalization: Tailor your emails to address specific pain points or interests of the lead. Use their name and reference past interactions if applicable. • Compelling Subject Lines: Create intriguing subject lines that encourage opens. Experiment with offers that pique curiosity. • Value Proposition: Clearly communicate the benefits of your product or service. Highlight what’s in it for them, such as solving a problem or saving time/money. • Follow-Up Sequence: Establish a sequence of follow-up emails that gradually increase urgency or provide additional value, such as case studies or testimonials. Re-engaging Unresponsive Leads For leads that have gone cold after initial outreach, implement these re-engagement tactics: • Segment Your List: Identify leads based on their previous interactions and tailor messages accordingly. Personalized content can reignite interest. • Incentives: Offer exclusive deals or discounts to encourage a response. This could be a limited-time offer that creates urgency. • Feedback Request: Send a brief survey asking why they haven't engaged. This can provide insights into their needs and preferences. • Content Sharing: Share valuable content like articles, webinars, or eBooks relevant to their interests, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource. By applying these strategies thoughtfully, you can enhance your lead generation efforts, improve engagement rates, and ultimately convert more leads into loyal customers. Take action today. And watch your leads turn into loyal customers tomorrow.

Engage 10k+ prospects per month with premium deliverability. Introducing Traction: Launch After speaking to 100s of founders, there was always one common denominator "We got burned by an agency before." In fairness, if the offer isn't good, no outbound strategy can solve this. The offer is the most important aspect of your outreach. The majority of agencies will hit your total addressable market, really good ones will build with Clay. 9/10 times this will be £2k+ I wanted to create the most low-risk, cost-efficient and high-performing approach to allow companies to engage with outbound. So here is some self-promotion 😲 I can set up your full email infrastructure, verify your lead list (or build one for you), warm up your emails and drive 15+ meetings into your calendar for as little as £279pm. This is approx 86% more cost-effective than any other agency offer out there. P.S If you have a large TAM and have a high-ticket product/service then we can run outbound on a pay-per-meeting plan with 50% off the Super package. or If you want to do cool and wacky things with Clay + lemlist then this would be a custom-plan. This is more fun 😛 DM me if you would like to launch! Tech-stack used: MillionVerifier Mailforge - Cold Email Infrastructure 📈 Smartlead

After reviewing clients' top 5 successful cold outreach campaigns from last month, I've found things YOU SHOULD NOT do in creating a compelling call to action (CTA). Here are 3 things to stop right this second: 1. Do NOT start a CTA with anything like this: → "Click here!" → "Don't miss out!" → "Act now!" These marketing phrases have no place in cold emails, and will not get you results. 2. Do NOT give multiple CTAs: → Click here & do this & what do you think about that? Don't confuse your prospects with too many options. Also, multiple CTAs mean that your cold email is probably all over the place. 3. STOP asking prospects to book a call with you → "Book a meeting here if interest" Inboxes are saturated with cold emails. Most likely you haven't build enough trust and value to warrant a meeting straight away. Booking a meeting straight away can work IF the prospect is actively looking for your solution, but most likely they will not jump through the hoops for a complete stranger. If you're struggling with creating compelling emails that result in meetings, here are some ideas for CTAs: 1. One clear, concise call to action per email 2. Make the rest of your email - the value you offer - a complete no-brainer (this is a prerequisite for the CTA to be effective) 3. Make the CTA a simple yes/no decision, so the "value" you're offering is extremely easy to accept Bonus: these 3 points above work extremely well if your email can spark just enough curiosity! #sales #coldemail #outreach #salesplaybooks #marketing #saas
