What I've learned after executing 500+ influencer marketing (short form content) campaigns: Creative briefs are the most essential part of creating a successful TikTok, IG Reel, or YT short advertisement. I've seen the best briefs.. and most definitely the worst. Too many times, I've been trapped in email chains running way too long due to the back-and-forth feedback loop between clients and influencers. This can all be avoided with a great brief. 1. Less is more. 2. Creative freedom is mandatory. This is what we pay influencers for. 3. Only include 4 key touchpoints. Anything more will be too much. 4.
