Social Value leader driving impact through sustainable strategies. Passionate about community empowerment, environmental goals, and creating lasting positive change. #SocialValue #Sustainability #CommunityImpact
Another day another exciting update! I am very pleased to share that I have achieved Level 1 Associate Practitioner Status with Social Value International (the global network focused on social impact and social value) and Social Value UK (the professional body for social value and impact management.) That’s right you heard it here first! After an amazing Social Value UK SROI and practitioner training with the amazing Adam Richards last month, yesterday I signed the SVI Practitioner Commitment to Good Practice and sat the Social Value and Impact Management exam, which I absolutely aced - even if I do say so myself - and I have now obtained Level 1 Associate Practitioner status! (This is the part where you cheer!) Through taking the Social Value and Impact Management Exam, I have demonstrated theoretical competence and expertise in social value and impact management, in line with the SVI Framework. This is the first step of the SVI Practitioner Pathway, in which I will develop my skills, knowledge and practice in social value, impact management and the practical application of the SVI framework in social impact assessment and Social Return on Investment (SROI). Obtaining this qualification showcases my commitment to best practices in social value creation and measurement and dedication to applying rigorous, internationally recognised standards to my work, ensuring that the social value I create is credible, transparent, and impactful. As well as setting me apart and establishing me as a recognised expert in the field, capable of delivering social value initiatives that are not only compliant with best practices but also tailored to maximise positive outcomes for residents and communities where we do our business it provides assurance in that expertise. I look forward to working alongside a global community of Practitioners to measure, manage, and maximise social value. You can learn more about the Practitioner pathway here https://lnkd.in/exKGdyux #socialvalue #socialimpact #impactmanagement #SVIPractitioner #valuewhatmatters

Helping organisations identify what Social Value is and how to create it. Always looking for practical ideas for new ways to deliver social value.
I am very pleased to announce that I have achieved Level 1 Associate Practitioner Status with Social Value International and Social Value UK. Level 1 Associate Practitioner status demonstrates expertise in social value and impact management and I'm ridiculously pleased to have achieved it. It was a LOT harder than I expected. If anybody else is interested in gaining this you can learn more about the Practitioner pathway here https://lnkd.in/eV7wuwra. I'm also really happy to chat to anyone who wants to know more about it. I would definitely recommend giving it a go. It's a brilliant grounding in the basics of the principles of social value (which I live by) and in social impact and evaluation methods. #socialvalue #socialimpact #impactmanagement #SVIPractitioner #valuewhatmatters

According to the Chartered Institute of Public Relations I've now done 10 consecutive cycles of continuous professional development (surely I'm not that old?!) It's a brilliant programme and really helps keep knowledge up to date with latest thinking and best practice. This year I got a bit carried away and logged more points than needed - highlights include: 👊 Being a Chartership buddy and helping someone through CIPR Chartership assessment programme (if anyone is thinking about either getting Chartered or being a buddy give me a shout!) 🏆 Judging PRide awards with some great people from CIPR North West and seeing some amazing best practice and creativity in the entries 🕺 A great TikTok and social media course (it's not all about dancing but it's ok for it to be fun - just make sure you measure it!) 🤝 Attending some great networking events to meet with others across a range of organisations and teams to share and learn. If you're in PR and comms and are not doing CPD then you really really should. And if you don't think you have time then you're prioritising the wrong things! #InvestInCPD

Professional Certified Coach (PCC) | Lead Trainer | Mentor Coach | Empowerment & Transformation Coach | PCC | CPC | ELI-MP
We often talk about our goals, but how often do we actually pause to celebrate our achievements? A few months ago, I enrolled in the Core Energy Diversity Certification course led by Tonya Echols PCC, CPC, CDE®, in collaboration with iPEC Coaching. This 10-session journey provided a powerful foundation in understanding bias, privilege, and key DEI concepts, enhancing both my coaching practice and personal growth. While I'm proud of this achievement, I just realized I hadn’t taken the time to claim my badge—or to truly acknowledge this step in my ongoing professional and personal development.Celebrating our wins, big or small, is important. So let's do that together! What recent achievement, no matter how big or small, are you proud of? Let’s celebrate them right here, right now! #DiversityEquityInclusion #DEIB #ProfessionalGrowth #PersonalDevelopment #CelebrateWins #CoachingJourney #ContinuedLearning #BiasAwareness #PrivilegeAwareness #InclusiveLeadership #CoachingForChange #EnergyLeadership #GrowthMindset #CelebrateSuccess #iPECCoaching

Wonderful partnership… to lead #responsible #management #education in the global #highereducation #ecosytem ! Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME) RRBM Responsible Research in Business and Management EFMD Global AACSB
We are honoured to announce a new partnership with Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME)! We have collaborated for the last decade to support the transformation of responsible management education, since the launch of our first tools to the current Impactful Five (i5) project. Now, PRME and Sulitest are going a step further! “With TASK™, Sulitest is now enabling business schools to assess and demonstrate the impact of their pedagogy on students’ knowledge of sustainability. PRME is happy to contribute to this impactful initiative and to recommend Sulitest as a best practice for integrating the SDGs into business education,” stated Meredith Storey, Senior Manager at PRME. Many PRME Signatories are already using TASK™, including the University of Sussex Business School, a PRME Champion. Gabriella Cagliesi, Interim Associate Dean For Education and Students, shared: “We are delighted to partner with Sulitest and to join the TASK™ Change Leaders programme. This is an excellent opportunity for us to enhance our sustainability literacy in pursuing our School's vision and strategy to align our education with the global challenges and opportunities of the 21st century.” Join our upcoming webinar to learn more about the partnership and our tools to advance sustainability education 👉 https://lnkd.in/eaN8rQrp #partnerships #sustainability #highereducation #sdgs

A project is a temporary endeavor that meets certain needs within a certain constraint. Every project has a goal it is trying to meet, a budget it is working with, and a specific timeframe it must be accomplished and these are the three constraints of every project. (Scope, Budget, and Time) The project involves creating a meaningful impact and as SDGs volunteers our ROI that is Return on Investment is the impact we have been able to achieve through our project. As project managers, we must be able to plan, execute, and monitor, and all these will not be done in isolation from the stakeholders of the project. All these and many more were taught during our week 3 masterclass as SDSN volunteers. Indeed we are on a journey to create a better world through SDGs and WE WILL LEAVE NO ONE BEHIND! #Sdsn #Sdgs
