As we look ahead into the future of cybersecurity, what do you see as some of the biggest opportunities for women in the field and how can we create a more inclusive environment for them to to really plug in? Well, I think there's a lot going on today with different organizations that are helping. To bring awareness early on, you know, even as early as in elementary, but throughout education and you know here at Royal we have a really strong partnership with several local. Universities and technical colleges. And. Being able to, you know, spotlight the opportunity at that level of these are things that you can do as a career and being able to participate, participate myself, you know, in those. Those career fairs and with internships and talking to some of those students that are just starting out in that post secondary education and that you know, you, you can succeed in this career and that there's a great opportunity for you as women to to do more in this field.
