Today, we acknowledge the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. #VAWA recently had its 30th anniversary on September 13. Everyone should have a safe home and VAWA is a key law to ensure that for many people. Commemorating the #VAWA milestone, five federal agencies issued a joint statement reaffirming their commitment to implementing and upholding VAWA’s housing provisions. The #HousingCredit uses VAWA to help provide survivors with safe and affordable rental housing. https://lnkd.in/gHvqnvZ8 We recently published a letter advocating for the provisions in the #AHCIA that expand VAWA protections to Housing Credit tenants. While these provisions are included in the AHCIA, they can be addressed through IRS/Treasury actions rather than through Congress. whatever your background, whoever you are, , whom you loyal to, how you are appointed as Adviser of the Interim Government that is immaterial to us but we , the victimised cittizen of the Peoples Republic of Bangladesh obviously do have the right to ask you all the benificiaries of the peoples' hard earnd money to answer straight forward: Why, in HONOR to the martyrs(শহীদ) and all other VICTIMS OF THE BLOODSHED, did not pass an Executive Order to effect instant realese of at least one thousand TOP Three/Four Layers of most Privileged Public Servants of Civil, Defense and other Authorities , Commissions, Boards, Body, Institutions of full, semi, Autonomous, Corporations, Banking, Non-Banking Financials, Insurance, etc. And with the saved amount of money being the salary/expenditures of those realesed one thousand; why you the Advisers , the beneficiaries-most of the bloodshed have not yet recruited /replaced minimum 10(ten) thousand 'JOB LESS YOUTHS' of aged in between 30 to 35 in short course as Special Civil and/or Defense Officers by "Open Book competitive written exam only!

Non filer is a person whose tax has already been deposited by his employer in govt treasury and his only fault is that he is not filing Return. Consider a person making 50k to 100k a month, under current circumstances he is hardly making any savings. Now he needs to pay atleast 5K annually (atleast) to file a return. All these millionaires and billionaires sitting in parliament and establishment having undisclosed properties and billions outside Pakistan are forcing hardships on these poor non filers. The biggest crime these people have done is making an honest living. Pakistan govt is hereby forcing all to make dishonest living just like all the policy makers and politicians and judges and generals. Need a revolution. REFORM! REFORM!! REFORM!!- what does the so-called REFORM actually mean and/or intend to be or to serve which, whose and/or what purposes !? Why The Interim Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh; in HONOR to the martyrs(শহীদ) and all other VICTIMS OF THE BLOODSHED, have not yet performed / done the most essential and most vital issue and/or point of REFORM and REHABILITATION by merely passing an Executive Order to effect instant release of at least one thousand TOP Three/Four Layers of most Privileged Public Servants of Civil, Defense and other Authorities , Commissions, Boards, Body, Institutions of full, semi, Autonomous, Corporations, Banking, Non-Banking Financials, Insurance, etc. and thereby with the saved amount of money equivalent to the amount of the salary and other entitled facilities of those released one thousand; why have not yet recruited at least 10(ten) thousand 'JOBLESS YOUTHS' of aged in between 30 to 35 as Civil and Defense Officers under Special BCS and/or Short Course "Open Book competitive written exam?

Tomorrow eod will come as a huge setback for many #soldiers. At udChalo, my team tried their best to reach as many as possible from our database or otherwise, but we know that many would be left behind. After July 31st, if anyone of you miss filing your #tax #return, you will automatically be shifted to the #new #regime. The question is, why is this a setback for a soldier? Under the new regime, the Section 10(14) #exemption won’t be available anymore, and it’s really disheartening. This is the same section where all special allowances like #Siachen, #hardship, high altitude, or counter insurgency allowances fall. I know that many soldiers, especially those below #officer rank, opt for extensions in field areas so they can send more money to their families. Unfortunately, now if they forget to file it by eod tomorrow, even due to reasons like inaccessible #Internet or being occupied with ongoing #operations in Jammu or in valley or assisting civilians in Wayanad floods, the #government won’t consider that. Consequently, their entire field allowance will be fully taxed under the new regime, and they can’t claim any exemptions. We were constantly pushing #notifications through our #app, sending #SOS through different channels, and using our FaujiBeats WA channel, but still, we have not yet been able to reach 100% of soldiers. Our attempts to get an exemption from the #Ministry of Finance specifically for serving soldiers have not been successful either. It pains me that the additional allowances a soldier earns by risking their life in field areas will be taxed. I hope we could have done more to make soldiers aware or that the government would consider extending the deadline.
