Think you need years of training and millions in funding to leverage AI for your business? Think again. UCLA just dropped a game-changer with their SLIViT model that can analyze complex 3D medical scans with expert-level accuracy 5,000 times faster than a human specialist. Yes, you read that right—5,000 times! How can tech like this elevate your business? 1. **Spot Repetitive Tasks**: Identify tasks that take you forever—like analyzing data, generating reports, or even customer service inquiries. 2. **Implement AI Solutions**: Use AI tools similar to SLIViT for your processes. There are countless platforms available that can analyze data, sort through customer interactions, or streamline your workflow. 3. **Reallocate Your Resources**: With AI handling the heavy lifting, you and your team can focus on strategic initiatives that actually grow your business, not just maintain it. The truth is, you don’t need a PhD in AI or a fat budget. Just a willingness to innovate and invest in the right tools. Unlocking this potential can lead to faster decision-making, reduced errors, and ultimately, more revenue. Don’t get left behind—start thinking about how AI can transform your business today

Is AI part of your business strategy? How will it add value to your business within the next two years? Do you lead it centrally and by whom? Most companies have now piloted different generative AI tools and solutions or created proof-of-concepts, often with an objective of learning more or increasing efficiency of tasks. Productivity gains are, in my opinion, just the beginning, a license to play. The real benefits of AI will come from using it to support business growth. Based on my experience from discussions across multiple large companies, the pilots have not yet been led centrally. Instead, there are plenty of great learnings in smaller parts of organizations about how to do some tasks faster with the help of AI. To be able to unite all knowledge and get the real business benefits, I believe AI should be part of a company strategy, centrally led and owned by the business organization, not technology. Do you agree and what kind of experiences do you have? Happy to discuss further!

I want Glean to be an AI company. Not just in the product we deliver to our customers, but in how we work internally. It’s safe to say that rapid advancements in AI aren’t slowing down anytime soon. That means every organization will need to quickly embrace new technology— or risk falling behind. And Glean is no exception. In a recent company All Hands, I asked everyone to identify a few activities that are time-consuming and consistently a part of their day-to-day work and figure out how Glean or another AI solution can take those activities off their to-do lists. Not only do I believe doing this will positively impact productivity, but it will also help us understand new use cases that we can solve for our customers. How are you implementing AI into your business?

I have one more: (3) What can I do now that was previously too difficult, time consuming, or impossible? For example, there has always been a distinction between strategic and programmatic account-based marketing. Strategic delivered better outcomes but was too time consuming. With AI, companies can do strategic ABM at scale. There are many more examples.

1wWow, Sanj! The speed and accuracy of the SLIViT model is mind-blowing! 🚀 Here's a thought: while it's easy to focus on efficiency gains, the real magic might be in how these tools can unlock entirely new business models. Think about a startup that uses AI to create personalized healthcare plans based on these fast scan analyses. What do you think? How can we encourage more businesses to see beyond mere process improvement?
