In the SEC tournament finals, we put 3 players on their best player. Literally trapping the tournament MVP in his chair (which is completely legal) and forcing the rest of his team to bet us 4v2. It looks stupid, but we won. This is a great example of 80/20 thinking - 80% of their points came from 20% of their players. We stopped that 1 player and we won. What 20% of your efforts produce 80% of your results? Where do you need to over-commit resources to see disproportionate results?

For if they fall, one will lift up the other; but woe to one who is alone and falls and does not have another to help. We all fall, fail, experience setbacks and rejection. It's part of life. Sooner or later, we all fall. The key is to get back up again. The faster you can get back up, the more capable you are of overcoming adversity. Today marks the end of our National F3 challenge. I have done over 4,000 burpees this month. It has been an honor to fall down and get back up with so many great guys who encourage and push me. I could not have done it without them.
