If you use phone screen interviews, make sure you follow a process. It can be a great way to get a surface level feel for candidates and make sure their resume matches what they say, their salary expectations are in line with the position, and give the candidate an opportunity to ask questions. Make sure you keep it short, less than 30 minutes is ideal. #hiring #hr #interview
