Companies like Meta are making the news for firing employees for using their lunch vouchers for non-lunch items, while others get exposed for much more serious scandals. How do you handle employees behaving badly when "More than 40% of employees have experienced or witnessed inappropriate, unethical or illegal behaviors in the past two years, according to research from HR Acuity." And 25% of employees who experience it don't report it. So what do you do? First, figure out what to report. Are some personal photocopies a big deal or OK?
