Happy Thanksgiving. Rather than talking about all that eLearning and ID crap, today I’m sharing all the stuff I’m making for Thanksgiving. I don’t know about you, but Thanksgiving sides are where it’s at! Just finished whipping up my deviled eggs, which includes tons of chives, dill, sriracha, and topped with a slice of Fresno chili. 🌶️ Next up: cranberry sauce!

I love your deviled eggs plate! As a deviled eggs junkie, I have to say, yours look great. I like putting the toothpick in each one too. Smart move.

I always end up getting full on the snacks and sides and never even feel like eating dinner! 😅

I love taking the leftovers - sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, etc. and making leftover Thanksgiving “empanadas.” I buy puff pastry, cut them up into squares, then stuff them with a variety of sides that would go well together. Then, I fold the squares over. After that, I seal the sides with a fork and brush egg on the top. I bake them based on the directions on the puff pastry box. Additionally, I use leftover gravy and cranberry sauce as dipping sauces! My partner calls them “lil dippers.”

Love deviled eggs!! Have you tried baking some maple syrup on bacon and then sprinkling them on top? Had them once at a restaurant and thought I’d died and gone to heaven 🤣 hope you had a lovely T Day!
