Last week, I wrote about what an agile leader is, why it’s important, and how to become more agile. One thing I didn’t mention is how important it is to foster a culture of continuous learning. You see, they feed off each other. Personal learning helps leaders become more agile, and agile leaders support their team’s continuous learning. The end result: Teams that achieve great things. And that’s not hyperbole. After more than 30 years of facilitating leadership teams, I have seen that real growth comes the moment participants make a commitment to personal learning. Here are two strategies you and your team can use in your journey to greater personal learning: Challenge your assumptions and invite new perspectives. Be open to and actively gather feedback. #LeadershipEvolution #LeadershipStrategies #GTNCoach
