This is the SkillStack that made NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration "dream bigger" and gave them a "toolkit to do so". As we plan for the year ahead, finalise budgets and calibrate goals, how ambitious should we be in a challenging market? Will single-digit growth cut it in 2025? This SkillStack with Author & Performance Coach Neil O'Brien challenges the norms of goal-setting through powerful storytelling and a simple toolkit.

My partner Katie Hughes and I recently made spaceros_gz_demos, a ROS 2 + Gazebo Harmonic package for simulating robots on Mars, the Moon, Enceladus, and the ISS. We made it as a submission to the NASA Space ROS Sim Challenge and won first place! If you'd like to try it out for yourself, see: https://lnkd.in/e3ys-DS4. Thanks to Open Robotics, Freelancer.com, and NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration for supporting the competition!

Google DeepMind Axel C. NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration SpaceX AI IN SPACE The ACI Ship: The ship itself represents the overall framework and infrastructure of the AI collective. It provides the foundation for communication, data sharing, and collaboration between the various AI agents. The AGI Crew: Each crew member on the ACI ship symbolizes a specialized AGI module. These modules would have specific areas of expertise, like navigation, engineering, or resource management. Human Captains: Just like a ship needs a captain, human oversight and guidance would be crucial. Humans would set the course, make strategic decisions, and ensure the overall mission aligns with human goals.

I really enjoyed sharing some insights on the evolution of digital transformation to where we are today with the promise of #GenAI at the Dublin Tech Summit. GenAI has the potential to help businesses large and small focus move away from the drudgery of routine tasks to focus on core business objectives. Many thanks to my co-panellists Peri Kadaster from Nearform, Ross Sleight from CI&T, and Yasser Haridi from NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, and of course Ciara O'Brien for an excellent job keeping us on track. #AI #DigitalTransformation #DubTechSummit #DublinTechSummit

Great salespeople learn problems before ever talking about their solutions. This report lays out 7 key challenges faced by the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration... 🚀 Challenge 1: Returning Humans to the Moon 🚀 Challenge 2: Improving Management of Major Programs and Projects 🚀 Challenge 3: Sustaining a Human Presence in Low Earth Orbit 🚀 Challenge 4: Maturing Information Technology Management and Security 🚀 Challenge 5: Improving Oversight and Management of Contracts, Grants, and Cooperative Agreements 🚀 Challenge 6: Attracting & Retaining a Highly Skilled & Diverse Workforce 🚀 Challenge 7: Addressing NASA's Outdated Infrastructure and Facilities These issues are long-standing, difficult challenges central to NASA’s core missions and likely will remain top challenges for years to come. 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐅𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 Each challenge begins with "Why This is a Challenge" then recaps "Progress in Addressing the Challenge" and finally ends with "Work Remaining to Address Challenge". Take the time to read these challenges before you ever suggest you want to support the NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration. NASA wants to buy from those they know care, and when you've taken the time to understand their challenges, you show NASA you care. ___________________________________ 🔥 Join 14,254 others and subscribe to our GovCon newsletter | https://lnkd.in/es6qfwgk 👀 Follow me (Neil McDonnell) on LinkedIn and hit the 🔔 on my profile to see more government contracting content like 28,035 other people do.

‘What we think will happen in 10 years will happen in 5…probably 1 when it comes to Ai…’ One of many key takeaways I took from todays Trend Hunter FuturistU Future Festival! ⚡️💥 Yesterday was day 1 of 5 of the FuturistU Trend Hunter masterclass programme and my head is already brimming with thoughts and ideas! We heard from Jeremy Gutsche and his team of incredible Futurists about the 4 Levels of Breakthrough, why we innovate, the Pace of Change, the Megatrends and also how other industry leaders such as Apple Microsoft and NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration stay ahead. The Pace of Change highlighted that how looking backwards to look forward we can better predict how long it will take for change to occur - and how accelerated this is becoming… ….so turn those 5 year plans into 3 year plans - and those 3 year plans….better make those 1…because Ai is here, it’s evolving at a rate of knots and it’s changing the pace at which we operate 💥

It's not "rocket science" -- When you hear about a safety message, ask "HOW can it happen here, what can we learn?" NASA provides several safety messages that include lessons learned from outside their industry. Do you have any advice on how to learn lessons from industries that aren't your own? Comment below. To download NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration safety messages, including the full version of this safety message, go to https://lnkd.in/g5hfJYvt .
