Learning for April 19, 2024 In large enterprise accounts, knowledge sharing and collaboration across different teams can often be challenging. To address this issue, I came to learn about two innovative concepts: Brunch & Learn (B&L) and Learn & Learn (L&L). Project managers who have successfully solved a problem share their insights and approaches with other teams. This session is more structured and focused on specific topics or challenges, allowing for in-depth discussions and cross-team learning. These sessions are guided with a clear agenda (talk track) to ensure they remain productive and on track. When project managers share insights with their peers, it creates a sense of collaboration and trust that can lead to more innovative solutions and stronger team connections. These initiatives have a HUGE impact because we telling them how Alida can assist their market research initiatives is one thing, their internal team sharing insights is a whole other thing! #insight #community #learning
