As Thanksgiving approaches, we want to take a moment to reflect on everything we’re grateful for—and trust us, it’s a lot. At the top of the list? Our clients who inspire us and our incredible team who make it all happen. To our clients: Thank you for trusting us with your vision and giving us the opportunity to bring bold ideas to life. Together, we’ve tackled challenges, celebrated successes, and pushed boundaries. We’re grateful for every collaboration and the chance to help you think bigger and go further. And to our team: You’re the ones who turn ideas into magic, chaos into clarity, and deadlines into deliverables (with style, no less). Your creativity, dedication, and ability to keep things fun while getting the job done makes this place one-of-a-kind. Simply put, you’re the best. To those of you considering working with us: This is the team you want in your corner. Hardworking, fun-loving, and big-thinking, we’re here to help your vision stand out and succeed. Let’s make something amazing together. This Thanksgiving, we’re raising a glass (and maybe a slice of pumpkin pie) to all of you. Here’s to a holiday filled with laughter, relaxation, and all the mashed potatoes you can eat. With gratitude, Jason Smith and Thomas Frank

Thanksgiving is tomorrow, and while most of us are prepping for turkey, pie, and those classic family debates about who makes the best mashed potatoes, I’ve been reflecting on something bigger: gratitude in action. Gratitude isn’t just a once-a-year holiday or a passing "thank you." It’s the daily decision to show up for people, to appreciate the small wins, and to lean into the challenges that push us forward. This year, I’m thankful for: ✨ The connections that turned into collaborations. ✨ The lessons that came wrapped in mistakes (bonus points for the tough ones). ✨ The people who continue to inspire me—whether it’s in work, life, or the occasional witty banter on LinkedIn. As we head into tomorrow’s celebrations, let’s not just count our blessings—let’s amplify them. A kind word, an unexpected compliment, or even just showing up fully present can go a long way. Here’s to making gratitude our year-round strategy. What are you thankful for this year? Drop it below—I’d love to hear it! 🦃🍂 Happy Thanksgiving! 🍁 #GratitudeEveryday #ThanksgivingThoughts #ThankfulHeart #ConnectionsMatter #LessonsAndGrowth #AmplifyGratitude #ReflectAndReset #ThankfulForYou

If you aren't planning your Thanksgiving roll-out already, then you are behind. Your competitors (other families) have identified their blockers and aligned each member of the team by now. Thanksgiving in my house is all about leveraging technology and brands to create the ideal consumer experience. Every family member at the table experiences a custom B2C flow based on their individual profile. I do extensive research and build user personas of everyone attending. If you're still stuck on the micro, you're missing the macro of the meal. I'm combining the gratitude of the holiday with proven, industry-leading strategies to form a plan that I call my Thanksgiving 'Grategy'. What are your Thanksgiving objectives?

Thanksgiving isn’t just about the turkey or the pumpkin pie—it’s about taking a moment to reflect on what really matters and how we move toward our goals, fueled by gratitude. This week, I’m keeping it simple: instead of getting caught up in the noise of my to-do list, I’m focusing on “one thing”—the single, meaningful action that helps me grow and make a difference. Here’s how I’m blending gratitude with action this Thanksgiving: 1️⃣ Pause and Reflect: Ask yourself, “What am I most grateful for this week, and what’s one way I can build on that?” Gratitude often points us toward what’s truly important. 2️⃣ Choose Your One Thing: From all the possibilities, pick the action that feels most meaningful to you. Maybe it’s finishing a project, reaching out to someone you care about, or simply carving out time to recharge. 3️⃣ Break It Down: Just like slicing the pie, break your “one thing” into bite-sized steps. Each small action should move you closer to your goal. 4️⃣ Anticipate Interruptions: Thanksgiving week is full of surprises (both delightful and distracting). Think ahead about how you’ll balance celebration and progress. 5️⃣ Celebrate Your Wins: By week’s end, celebrate not just the feast but the progress you’ve made—no matter how big or small. Every step forward counts. For me, my “one thing” this week is taking time to connect with loved ones while setting aside space for reflection on the year’s blessings. Let’s use this week of gratitude to realign, refocus, and take one intentional step forward—together. 🍂 What’s your “one thing” this week? Happy Thanksgiving! 🦃

Today isn’t just another day – it’s a reminder. A reminder of how fortunate we are to live in this time, with the people we love, and the opportunities we’re given. We often get caught up in the grind, chasing the next goal, solving the next challenge, running through the checklist. But Thanksgiving? It’s the pause button we all need. It’s a moment to appreciate the people around us – the ones who make the long days shorter, the tough decisions easier, and the victories sweeter. To live in this time, where technology connects us, where we have the freedom to chase our dreams, and the privilege to share our lives with others. That’s a gift we don’t acknowledge often enough. It’s not just about the big wins, but the small, quiet moments that remind us what life is really about. Gratitude isn’t just something we say – it’s something we feel, something we show, and something we live. So today, I’m thankful for my family, for health, for love, and for the people in my corner. For the experiences we’ve shared and the lessons we’ve learned together. Happy Thanksgiving. Let’s carry this spirit forward. Not just today, but every day.

Thanksgiving is more than just mashed potatoes and stretchy pants (though I love those too). It’s a chance to slow down and connect with the people you love. This year, skip the surface-level small talk and go deeper! Ask questions that matter and spark conversations that stay with you longer than the leftovers. Here are a few to try: ➡️ How do you want to be remembered? ➡️ What would you do if you weren’t afraid? ➡️ If you could relive one day in your life, what would it be? ➡️ What’s one decision you made this year that you’re proud of? ➡️ What are you looking forward to? Bring these to the table, or just keep them in your back pocket to pull out to fill an awkward silence. Use this holiday to have the kind of conversations that build meaningful connection. Because that’s what Thanksgiving is really about. ❤️ Happy Thanksgiving from all of us at FreshSparks!

Goals for this week: 1. Finish goals for 2025. ↳This includes creating milestones and when I would like to reach them. 2. Close up some loose ends before Thanksgiving. ↳I need to provide some communication & updates to current clients to plan well for December. 3. Reach out and schedule a couple of meetings for next week. ↳Probably today because of the Thanksgiving holiday later this week. 4. Enjoy Thanksgiving ↳Watch football, eat great food, and hang out with family. What about you? What does your week look like? And are you celebrating Thanksgiving?

🍁 Happy Thanksgiving to My Amazing Network 🍁 As we gather around the table today (or connect virtually with loved ones), I want to take a moment to share a thought about giving and empathy—two values that truly make this season special. Thanksgiving isn’t just about gratitude; it’s about action. It’s about asking: Who around me could use a helping hand? How can I give not just things, but my time, attention, or support? Sometimes, the greatest gift we can give someone is simply empathy: 🧡 Listening without the need to respond. 🧡 Understanding their perspective without judgment. 🧡 Showing up when it matters most. Empathy isn’t just a personal value—it’s a business superpower, too. Whether in leadership, teamwork, or client relationships, the ability to understand and connect with others is the foundation of trust, loyalty, and success. So, this Thanksgiving, I encourage you to: ✅ Thank someone who’s impacted your life this year. ✅ Check in on someone who may feel overlooked or disconnected. ✅ Offer support to someone who’s struggling, even if it’s just a kind word. We all have the power to make someone else’s day a little brighter, and that ripple effect of kindness can change lives. 💡 What are you most thankful for this year? Drop it in the comments—I’d love to hear your reflections!
