"What are my biggest achievements?" It's a question I've pondered often, reflecting on the winding path of my career. 💡   My journey began at Deloitte, where I immersed myself in the complex world of taxation. There, I played a pivotal role in identifying billion-dollar cost-saving opportunities for a client involved in a public-private partnership. It was a challenging but rewarding experience that honed my analytical skills and strategic thinking.   Seeking to broaden my horizons, I embarked on an MBA at AGSM @ UNSW Business School, Australia’s #1 ranked business school. Juggling rigorous coursework with my role as Vice President of Operations for the AGSM Student Association (ASA), I honed my leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills. I was honoured to graduate with excellence, a testament to my dedication and perseverance.   While these are great achievements, they're not what I'm most proud of.   After much reflection, I realised that my most gratifying achievement was successfully transitioning from a structured consulting environment at Deloitte to the fast-paced startup life at UnicornShift. This rapid change needed me to be super adaptable and ready for anything. I loved the buzz and made a big difference in lots of areas of the business.   An opportunity at UnicornShift, a tech startup that connects businesses in the infrastructure sector with skilled workers, introduced me to the dynamic world of startups. There, I embraced the challenge of wearing multiple hats, from financial modeling and driving strategic initiatives to designing intuitive user interfaces and leading cross-functional project management. This versatility, combined with a strong problem-solving mindset, enabled me to contribute significantly to the team's success.   Through these experiences, I've realised my greatest achievement is the discovery of my adaptability and capacity for growth. I'm excited to apply these skills in roles like Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager, or Business Operations within the tech industry.   A massive thank you to Jacob Lescove, Stephen Langley, and the entire UnicornShift team for creating an environment that fostered growth, provided incredible opportunities, and imparted invaluable learnings.   #startuplife #careerjourney #personalgrowth #businessanalyst #projectmanager #productmanager #businesoperations #tech #agile
