There’s a difference between attending a conference and being involved in a conference. When you’re really involved – as a sponsor with a role speaking on stage or doing a demo - that conference becomes a huge opportunity to expand your company’s brand and can introduce you to your customers of the future. So, what’s the best way to get involved? One of my favorites is to co-present with a client. Use your sponsorship position at the conference to give your client a chance to share the stage with you. Help them share the story of a great project you did together. Show them how proud you are of the business relationship you have and the work you’re continuing to do to build their company and brand. It’s a fantastic way to keep a great relationship going strong, and a wonderful way to introduce yourself to potential new clients.
