Great but...... Let me explain something you might not realise. Out of B and B into a house provided by a Temporary Accommodation provider. VERY few TA providers are particularly agile and entrepreneurial. They get the alternative stock from....??? The rental market. They have to pay a little above market to secure the houses. In a world of thin margins the landlords gleefully agree. That unit is out of the PRS and in the TA sector. Not to be replaced. Any knock-on issues that you see here??? End-of-tenancy cleaning holds numerous benefits for both tenants and landlords here are just a few: 1. For Tenants: Security Deposit Return: By ensuring the property is left in a spotless condition, tenants increase their chances of receiving their full security deposit back. Avoid Disputes: Property owners often conduct thorough inspections before returning the deposit. A well-maintained property helps tenants avoid disputes and potential deductions. Smooth Transition: Leaving the property clean allows tenants to move forward to their new residence without financial burdens. 2. For Landlords: Property Maintenance: End-of-tenancy cleaning helps maintain the landlord’s investment. A well-cleaned property showcases professionalism and commitment to tenants. Attracting New Tenants: A clean property significantly increases its appeal to potential renters. It fosters trust and reliability, enhancing marketability and justifying higher rental rates. Health and Well-being: Deep cleaning eliminates accumulated dust, allergens, and germs. This is crucial for everyone’s health, especially considering ongoing global health concerns. Respect and Responsibility: Leaving a property clean reflects respect for the property itself and consideration for the incoming tenant. In summary, end-of-tenancy cleaning ensures a smooth transition, prevents conflicts, and leaves a positive impression on future landlords. Here at Dust to Go we understand that every clients needs are unique. Services can be customised to suit individual requirements. Wether it's a specific cleaning schedule or specialised tasks, We work around your preferences. To have access to #toilets is a #RIGHT in a civilised society. Not only if you have a medical problem, you have a baby, you are old or other issues. Prevention is cheaper than repairing. #NHS can confirm it. Hammersmith (D) has toilets inside shopping centre, but you pay. Or at least it was like that last time I've been, not long ago. 🙄 Amersham, female one is 'universal ' in Engineering Hours, because it's too 'difficult' to go on the other platform. Green Park..hmmm...Imagine to go in Central London and get out there, but not having tickets for New Year fireworks (Few years back I saw it free, why to pay?! Even more expensive this year. Not for Night Czar salary or similar) and having an emergency...I was 'forced' to use a pub toilet (Not too many pubs, shops open that night). And I was 'lucky'. Because I'm 'curious'. And there are so many stations without one open for public (as a female contractor, I need to schedule my emergencies, ask for keys or know locations). If it's a train station, but the big ones, you have more chances to find them open. But then, you can find 'males' in 'females' toilets.😒 Last time I had a few seconds discussion with a mother in Baker Street letting her almost teenage SON in female toilets (because she didn't want her son to use male ones/Nobody asked ladies if they want a teen there). Funny enough, I see a lot of mothers doing this. Where do ppl think this will go?! In London you can buy almost anything, especially liquids, but don't ask for toilets. McDonald's or KFC or similar are not obliged for general public. If you have emergencies, it's like you're pushed to buy fast food, just to be a customer allowed in. Another thing, I see lately, the toilets for 'everyone' to use have empty bottles thrown around(this is in female toilets a lot, too) or not flushed water without toilet paper inside. Depends on education, of course, but having public toilets separated it's a must. Creating safe public toilets for everyone, but separated, is matter of health and safety, if not business oriented. At home, you share with whoever. In public spaces, even work, separate. I don't know you, you don't know me. And all this when you find one. Same number of cubicles for females and males doesn't work either. If you don't believe me, just go anywhere 'busy' with an event and you will understand. #righttopandp #toilets #dignity #publictransport Yes, can be dangerous(too many said to me this as a fwmale working nights), but most ppl I like to believe want a safe, clean and no bs toilet.

Understanding HMOs: A Guide Part 1 An HMO, or House in Multiple Occupation, is defined under the Housing Act 2004 in several ways: 1. A whole house or flat rented to three or more tenants from two or more households who share kitchen, bathroom, or toilet facilities. 2. A house converted entirely into bedsits or non-self-contained accommodation, rented to three or more tenants from two or more households who share kitchen, bathroom, or toilet facilities. 3. A converted house containing one or more flats that are not entirely self-contained and are occupied by three or more tenants from two or more households. 4. A building converted entirely into self-contained flats that did not meet the standards of the Building Regulations 1991, with more than one-third of the flats let on short-term tenancies. For a property to be classified as an HMO, it must be the primary or sole residence for the tenants and be primarily used for housing purposes. This includes properties rented to students, migrant workers, or used as domestic refuges. However, properties rented for holiday purposes to families or other groups who have a main home elsewhere are not considered HMOs. If winter letting occurs to unrelated groups, the premises may be deemed an HMO, requiring further assessment. **What Being an HMO Means for Owners: Owners intending anything other than holiday letting should seek advice from their local authority, as HMOs are subject to strict standards regarding amenities and fire precautions. In many cases, they will require licensing. While the majority of holiday homes do not qualify as HMOs, bed and breakfast accommodations may be considered HMOs if let to individuals without another residence. Some local authorities have categorized certain guesthouses, bed and breakfasts, and holiday flats as HMOs, which can have significant implications for proprietors. #propertytips #trainingtuesday #property #propertyportfolio #wealthcreation #financialfreedomstartshere #goalsetting #propertynews #hintsandtips #tuesdaylearning #learneveryday #learneveryday
