Struggling to hire? Your offer's probably unattractive. Most companies want to hire top talent. But, they: > Reel off a list of job requirements. > Bullet point every day-to-day responsibility. And expect 100 5* applicants to flood in. In reality, top candidates care about one thing: What's in it for them. You have to EARN a top candidate's time. So, if you want to pique their interest, don't start by telling them your expectations. First, tell them why you DESERVE their time. > What's particularly exciting about your company? > What makes you stand out against competitors? > What growth opportunities can you offer them? > Why should they consider making a move?
