With climate change increasing the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events, flooding is becoming a more relevant and threatening issue. Our work with the Office of Public Works in Ireland has ensured its assets are prepared for flooding that may occur in the future through effective flood relief schemes. Our hydrographic surveys provide accurate underwater topography, accurate dimensional information on flow constructions, for example bridges and culverts, support flood defence strategies and map changes in water bodies. To find out more about how to reduce the risk of damage to your asset due to flooding, visit the link in the comments. #HydrographicSurveys #OfficeForPublicWorks #ReduceRisk #FloodRelief #FloodReliefScheme #NaturalEnvironment #Ireland #Geospatial #InformedDecisionMaking
