In this fast-paced world of business, agility often trumps flawlessness. What do you think? Share your thoughts ...... #omnispay #SpeedvsPerfection #fintech #payments

In my view finding the right balance is important. For example I wouldn’t compromise on perfection in terms of security and compliance to speed up things.

In fintech and payments, speed often outweighs perfection due to the fast-paced, competitive nature of the industry. Quick market entry and user satisfaction hinge on agility. While perfection is ideal, iterative improvements based on user feedback help maintain quality without sacrificing speed. Balancing both is essential for long-term success.

Simanta Das Ready - Fire - Aim - Repeat first 3 again till Clients return. Return of the clients is the key in today's high CAC scenario. Speed helps in identifying right PMF quickly. Perfection in my view is Mirage and there is no set standard. As Juran mention decades ago: Quality is fitment to use and Ability to pay.
