As we prepare for Art Basel, don’t forget to set your intentions. I saw many people complaining about AfroTech and meanwhile, I came up 3 investors during AfroTech. You have to be intentional. You have to be intentional and prepare for these kind of weeks way ahead. You should already have events planned out, meetings/meetups set, agenda’s ready! This is also a good way to not burn yourself out and to make better use of your time. I yap a lot on this app however, I’m building relationships. Weeks like AfroTech, Art Basel, SXSW, etc etc etc I just look at as weeks to seal some more deals and keep the needle moving.
