🚀 What has put a big smile on my face this week? ⚡Seeing so many great people start new roles this week. I am made up for all those ex-colleagues, friends, and associates. Also very encouraging for business overall and what we have seen over the summer, hopefully, confidence finally returning to the market. 🤞 #recruitment #talentacquisition #pharma #celebrate #letsgetbacktowork

Meet the Team What are the most important assets that makes a company successful? For us, it is clearly the people who work here. Our employees are not only the ones who keep the whole thing running, but also the ones who give our department its drive. New ideas? Setting research priorities? Staying focused? Looking at the same questions from new perspectives? That's only possible with bright minds. And this is exactly why we are very proud of each and every one of them. And when you're proud of something, you can do two things: either you hide it like a treasure, or you show it off and let everyone know. We decided for the latter and want to introduce you to our team members. We will start this series with Alina, who has made a big leap in her career with us last October. Alina will tell us more about her, her career, her research focus and also a little bit about how she fuels her energies. So, stay tuned and check back to make sure you don't miss anything. #clinicalpharmacology #ProudOfOurStaff #teammembers #research

What if we weren't afraid to fail, but instead had the courage to develop and implement new ideas? What if we learned from the results and built on them? What could we achieve if we consciously seized these opportunities rather than following prescriptive job descriptions? Here’s your reminder to celebrate your wins, both BIG and SMALL! ✳️Life is a roller coaster of highs and lows. One thing that helps me is identifying a milestone and finding a consistent way to celebrate. I celebrate each job placement (either in Aspire MSL or through recruiting for The Carolan Group)- I order a delivery from my favorite shop. I usually make smoothies at home, so it’s something to take off my to-do list that day. When it shows up at my doorstep, it makes it special. Remember - the celebration can be something really small, but it should be consistent and something you ENJOY. ✳️Find something simple that makes YOU smile. And do it! #careertips #celebrate #Jobseeker #jobsearchtips #pharmacist #pharmacists

You know you seem to be missing something in terms of what to do to get promoted/advance in your career, but you aren't quite sure what it is. I've created a quiz to help you work that out. It looks at the key areas that are important for advancement and progression and lets you rate yourself against them. So you can immediately see what you can begin to work on. Sound good? So you can see what the magic is that other people seem to just 'get' but has passed you by. It's linked below. https://lnkd.in/ee94KeZN Let me know what you think. #professionalwomen #pharma #workingmothers #careerdevelopment

Thanks Jeremiah Reed, SHRM-CP, CFEI for sharing these tips!
Fall Campus Recruiting Season winding down, I wanted to share some key insights for students waiting on an offer. These tips can apply beyond Lilly, and I’m sure any recruiter would appreciate your understanding and persistence 💙. 🗝 Rejection Is Not the End, It’s a 'Not Yet': If you aren’t selected, don’t take it personally. We attend over 50 schools and connect with countless talented individuals. Rejection now doesn’t mean "never"—it means "not yet." Keep refining your skills and applying for future opportunities. We post new roles annually, so stay ready! 🗝 Why It’s Taking Time: There’s no AI screening at Lilly—it’s a person, not a bot, reviewing every application. We take a holistic view of each candidate to ensure the right fit, so while it may take longer, know that your application is receiving human attention. 🗝 The Best Way to Connect: Want to stand out? LinkedIn is your best bet. While inboxes can get flooded, a thoughtful message regarding a specific role will always get more attention than a generic inquiry. Be intentional, and you’ll likely get a quicker response! 🗝 Need Feedback on Your Interview? The most reliable feedback comes directly from the interviewers themselves. Make sure you get their contact information and don’t be afraid to ask for constructive feedback to help you grow! 🗝 Interview Status Updates: Stay patient! Most status updates will come via email. Keep an eye on your inbox as you progress through the process and resist the urge to constantly follow up—notifications will come as you move forward. ✨ Pro Tip: Be proactive, not pushy. Show your enthusiasm, but always maintain professionalism and respect for recruiters’ timelines. For more insight into our recruiting process, click the link below. As always, thank you for considering Lilly, and good luck with your career journey! https://lnkd.in/g8airgr8
