What I've leant is: The difference between a Manager and a Leader is like a difference between Tunnel vision and Clear vision. Go getter attitude may be helpful for a tunnel visioner however, as a Leader, everything going around matters to insure keeping the team intact and let them be free to learn. Keeping the team behind as a go getter with tunnel vision will keep the view clear for the go getter but not the team.

Willingness to learn and willingness to change is what I always instil in my team.
