To create optimized videos for social media, it's important to consider various factors, from content to format and publishing strategy. Here are some tips to help you create effective videos for social media: Know Your Target Audience: Before creating any content, understand who your audience is and what interests them. This helps in creating more relevant videos. Choose Appropriate Formats: Adapt the video format according to the platform where it will be shared. For example, vertical videos for Instagram Stories or longer videos for YouTube. Keep Them Short and Impactful: Attention spans on social media are limited, so keep your videos short but make sure every second is captivating. Capture Attention at the Beginning: The first few seconds are crucial. Use attractive visuals, impactful captions, or intriguing questions to grab attention right from the start. Add a Call to Action (CTA): At the end of the video, encourage viewers to take a specific action, such as liking, sharing, or visiting your website, to increase engagement. Remember that best practices can vary from one social network to another and according to your market niche. So, be willing to experiment and adapt your approach as needed to achieve maximum success on social media. These tips will help you create more effective videos and reach your audience on social media more efficiently. Shall we take the next step? Let me say that again... The best way to audit your social content campaigns and posts is to ask one question "What's in it for them?" The best social content focuses on the audience, not the creator. You must understand that they don't want to solve your problems; they want solutions to their own problems. Your social media content and campaigns should revolve around your audience's needs. Master the art of selling the same product or service daily, making it look new every time. Are you using a mixture of long form and short form content for your social channels? 🧐 Our tip, please do! By mixing it up, you are keeping it interesting for your audience! 😊 No one wants to scroll your page and read ~all~ long form content. Keep followers engaged by having some short form content in there too. Just one simple paragraph with a CTA can still be informative and effective! 👍

Experiment and make content that they want. You need to constantly innovate. What can you do to improve the content that is already getting views and make it better? Take a look at the content that is being produced by others and ask yourself, How can you improve it? Another is to be active and engaged with your followers, is to respond to comments and questions. Your social media team can’t specifically create content that goes viral. It’s a process. You keep posting quality content consistently, and one day one of those posts might do well. We recently experienced the same with one of our clients. The average impression we get from a company's LinkedIn post is around 750. In the last week of December, one of our posts generated 80k impressions. It brought 250+ followers. For context, the page had 3.5k followers then. So it’s a great number. We did nothing special for the post. In fact, it was not even part of our content calendar. We provided value with our posts. Our audience loved it and reshared it multiple times. And it reached their audience, resulting in 80k impressions. We won’t take credit for it. We know that we can’t decide what content should go viral. And virality isn’t our goal either. We just want to create content that educates and entertains our audience.

This is how you can always get content inspiration for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Have you ever wondered why some creators never run out of content? I mean relevant content. Think about your favourite creators whom you have known for a while now. From year to year, they keep giving you the hit. Their audience keep engaging...and increasing. It's because they share EVERYTHING with you. By "everything", I mean their knowledge and experiences. If they take up a new course, they share their knowledge with you. If they attend events and make new connections, they share it with you. If they receive reviews and testimonials from clients, they share it with you. So long as it relates to brand, they always share. This is just the HACK. This is how you never run out of content ideas. Every experience you gain is relevant for your audience. You just need to document them and repurpose for each social media platforms. Did you get value? #linkedin #socialnediamanagement

It's the age-old question I get almost every day: "Can I use my LinkedIn content on Facebook, Twitter, etc.?" Well, of course, you CAN ... but should you? I'm wholly aware that my audience(s) on my social media platforms are all wildly different. That means I curate and tailor all my personal branding content accordingly. Does that mean reinventing the wheel? No, it means tweaking words, phrases, and tone. Good content is still good content. What are your thoughts on sharing the same content across multiple platforms? #personalbranding #personalbrandingexpert
