🎉 Excited to share that I’ve achieved the Salesforce Certified AI Specialist certification! 🎉 This milestone feels like a perfect closing piece in a journey I’ve been on for several years. 💡 Here's the vision I’ve been working towards: 1️⃣ A Rich Standard Model: Building a strong foundation with the core clouds, extended with industry-specific clouds. 2️⃣ Integration & Enrichment: Leveraging MuleSoft and Data Cloud to extend, enrich, and surface data wherever needed. 3️⃣ AI as the Accelerator: Harnessing the power of AI to transform data into actionable insights and drive business acceleration. Salesforce has truly been on a remarkable journey in recent years. - It started with the bold (and initially contested) acquisition of MuleSoft, which has since proven to be a game-changer. - After a few rebrandings, Data Cloud emerged as a powerful, evolving platform to unify and activate data at scale. - Most recently, Salesforce brought AI, specifically generative AI and GPT technology, to a maturity level where it can support diverse, real-world use cases with ease. I’ll admit, I had my moments of skepticism along the way, but the results speak for themselves. Salesforce now seamlessly handles enterprise-wide landscapes, enabling any data to be presented and made actionable directly within the platform. Generative AI now is consuming data from anywhere and surfacing it wherever it’s needed.
