Here's what I am noticing every day on LinkedIn now. If you run a business and think, “I’ll just ask my team to post content on LinkedIn, I am not a content creator,” you're missing out. Now, if you don't know where to get started? The idea is simple. Every pitch, every client conversation, every little nugget of wisdom you share is content. The only difference? You’re not sharing it with the world. It's high time founders and co-founders realize that people don’t just buy products or services. They buy trust. They buy expertise. They buy you. And the fastest way to build that? Consistent, authentic content. You don’t need to be perfect. You don’t need to go viral. You just need to show up. Share your wins, your lessons, even your questions. Show people the human behind the business. Because the real question isn’t, “Should I create content?” It’s, “Can I afford to stay silent while everyone else is speaking up?” P.s. Before you create content, identify WHO is your target audience and what message resonates with them. Check the comments to know more.
