A simple, scientifically validated, and consistent talent process is non-negotiable. Avoid mixed signals (many of us get this wrong) or delays—clarity and action are key. The process is also as effective as the "spirit and transparency" of people doing it. Get that aligned and keep it pure. 2.Power of Experience Maps Crafting a career or talent journey isn’t just about adding years; it’s about creating variety, depth, and intensity in experiences. The more diverse the map, the stronger the leader. Prepare them for that ride. 3. Bulletproof Your Talent Strategy A great talent strategy doesn’t just set clear priorities—it anticipates challenges. Ask yourself: Why will it work? Why won’t it? Answering these makes it stronger and more sustainable.
