That’s why you have to induce your customer base to consume organically trough the time and not peak-estimulated by the end of a given period of time (month, quarter, year). It’s demostrated that any campaign oriented to boost sales must be a continuous program rather than a seasoned- timelined effort. Also it’s demostrated than boosting your sales funnel is efficient by estimulating already given customer base rather than aiming just for new clients (at least 6x in S&A) (churn rate** expanding….) Already Customers sales grows faster than market , i.e. by applying loyalty programs and or truly collaboration campaigns.

𝗛𝗥 𝗥𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁: It could lead to candidate being greedy as they know the upper limit and it makes negotiation difficult for HRs or Hiring Managers. I mean how do you think candidate can leverage this any way. The only thing a candidate can do knowing the upper band is to accept the offer and compromise on their expectations which plays out in favor of the HRs or thet can politely decline to move ahead and save both party's time. I personally think HR should discuss the salary expectations in advance and it is something out of their company budget then HR shouldn't proceed ahead at all. If the expectations were made very clear by the candidate and it is in their budget then HR shouldn't be revoking offer during negotiation. 𝗨𝗻𝗽𝗼𝗽𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗻: Most of the HRs and Hiring Managers will be blank if candidate doesn't disclose their 𝗽𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 and 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆. Practically they do not have any tools or test to judge a candidate's fair market value.

But as newer models like ChatGPT-4 and Claude emerge, the excitement seems to fade. At first, every update felt like a major breakthrough, but now, we often hear frustration rather than awe.
