I always find it fascinating that when I am on discovery calls the biggest thing that always pops-up is "can you show us email designs you've done" but never anything about the process of strategy. I always think if I ever start another eCom brand and need to vet agencies some would love me and some would hate me haha

1dGood observation, I also observe that the second three come up later in the communication. But the first three help make the first impression. If we dive even deeper, the first three align with how System 1 operates (according to Kahneman), while the second three are more rational and relate to System 2.
