Exciting Updates! 🎉 I’m thrilled to share that I have officially passed the Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate certification! 🚀 After completing the Machine Learning Associate certification, I was eager to explore the Generative AI landscape, and this certification provided the perfect opportunity. Throughout this journey, I’ve gained valuable skills in designing and deploying AI applications that meet specific business requirements. Happy to share that I have achieved the Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate Certificate as part of the first cohort. The #Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate certification exam assesses an individual’s ability to design and implement #LLM enabled solutions using Databricks, RAG , #LLMOPS . This includes problem decomposition to break down complex requirements into manageable tasks as well as choosing appropriate models, tools and approaches from the current generative AI landscape for developing comprehensive solutions.  It also assesses the knowledge of Databricks-specific tools such as - Vector Search which uses Hierarchical Navigable Small World (HNSW) algorithm for its approximate nearest neighbor searches and the L2 distance distance metric to measure embedding vector similarity, - Model Serving for deploying models and solutions using Foundation Model API & Provision Throughput , - MLflow for managing the entire ML lifecycle, and - Unity Catalog for data governance.
