I am not a huge fan of the words fail, failing, failure. We are all on a path of Lifelong Learning and it's all parts of growth and expansion. What I previously perceived as my biggest failures in life have always turned out to be my biggest teachers and growth spurts. A child who's learning to walk... you don't look at them when they fall down and say "get up you dummy, can't you see us all walking on our legs around here" No, you encourage them and cheer them on to try again and again. You might want to extend the same courtesy to yourself. Be your own best cheerleader. BE NICE TO YOURSELF ❤ I believe in you and so should you. When you refine and develop your skill set (gift) it takes you from just being talented, and elevates you to great. REFLECTION QUESTIONS: 1. Have you identified your gift? 2. If so, what are you doing right now to refine and develop your it? CALL TO ACTION: 1. Do an honest self-assessment and identify your unique skill set (gift). 2. Then create a game plan that will cause you develop it on a consistent basis. 3. Immediately begin to execute the game plan on a consistent basis. 4. Periodically conduct another self-assessment to gauge your progress and make any necessary adjustments.
