"I joined BICO in June 2014 as a motor tech, where my role encompassed not just motor assembly but also shipping & receiving, inventory management, dynoing, and servicing PBLs. My dedication and diverse skill set led to my promotion to Lead Motor Tech in 2016, followed by NWD District Shop Manager in 2019. In April 2023, I advanced to the role of Field Account Representative, reflecting my growth and commitment within the company." What has been the most memorable moment in your 10 years with BICO? "Two standout moments in my 10 years at BICO include being part of the team that built motors setting or breaking records in the Rockies, and the pride of arriving on location to see a clean  5” BICO motor racked back in the derrick." What skills did you develop as a motor tech that have been valuable in your sales role? "My hands-on experience with building and servicing BICO’s motors and PBL tools has been invaluable in my sales role. Understanding every detail of our products allows me to effectively communicate their advantages and differentiate BICO’s offerings as the best in the market to our customers." What advice would you give to someone starting their career at BICO? "My advice for anyone starting their career at BICO is to be a sponge—absorb and learn as much as possible from your colleagues. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek help when needed. Most importantly, make safety your number one priority. It’s crucial for both your well-being and the success of the team."
