Too many kids are jumping into the transfer portal before they’ve really put in the work or finished what they started. Look, everybody thinks the grass is greener, but here’s the thing—if you’re not handling business where you are, why would another school take you seriously? You need to show you can stick it out, face adversity, and finish strong. The portal should be a last resort, not an escape plan. Once you graduate, you have options and leverage, but before that, you're just another player who couldn’t make it work. Focus on graduating, because that degree will open doors that the portal can't. You should finish before you move on, that’s how you build credibility and set yourself up for real success.

The simplest things in life are always the most valuable. Yet often, the simplest things are the hardest to master...that is until we open ourselves up to learning how. Reacting less and responding more is one of those skills, that we all know we can do, but find it hard to put into practice. That's why I created www.thecuriositymap.com

What .. its Free??? What’s the catch? I have been asked this question a number of times in the last few months. Sorts of goes like “The Be Inspired Group is free to join, there must be a catch, what is it? I assure them that there is no catch.. its really open to anyone. The follow up question is often .. Why do you give all this content and support away for free? The reason is that 25 years ago when I and my colleagues started UK College of Personal Development, -- wow 25 years! We were clear that one of the key reasons for doing this was to help make the world a better place by sharing the ideas, tools and models that helps us transform our personal and professional lives. And that’s exactly what we have done and continue to do. I believe that by investing and helping others grow, in effect its investing in all our growth and success. I know that personal development makes the difference.. and that is why we give the Be Inspired Group away for free. https://lnkd.in/esrKbjj7
